PMK Design Associates was founded by Matthew Pearson and Peter Barton, who have worked together for over two decades. Our dedicated team has extensive knowledge and experience in Healthcare Architectural Design, which spans both new-build and refurbishments schemes using JCT, P21, P21+ & 22, NEC3: Engineering & Construction Contract, Design & Build, PPP & PFI procurement routes for both commercial and public sectors.

Over the years, PMK Design Associates has had a strong track record in the successful design and delivery of Healthcare Architectural projects. Our designs pay close attention to effectiveness and efficiency, but they consistently prioritise people - patients, visitors, and the staff who care for them.

We are a dedicated and disciplined team when supervising projects and monitoring design quality, with excellent interacting skills in dealing with fellow design team members and major clients in managing workload, capacity and programmes.
